If your controller turns ON (red LEDs are ON and you can activate various switches) but it is not recognized by your computer (= it’s not appearing in the MIDI studio), try creating a new MIDI studio configuration:

• Unplug the controller
• Open the Audio/MIDI Setup by going to Applications > Utilities > Audio/MIDI Setup
• If the MIDI Studio window does not appear automatically, go to the menu bar at the top of the screen and select Window > Show MIDI Window.

• To create a new configuration, click on Default in the drop-down menu and select New Configuration...

• Choose a name and click OK

• Replug the controller.

If that doesn’t help, please try the following:

• Try another USB cable
• Try another USB port
• Try if possible another computer or OS.
