The control panel is an utility web-based application that allows the user to:
- check the firmware version
- change and save the plugin mode
- change the CC numbers of each control
- change the default MIDI channel
- change the MIDI channel for the SHIFT-ed messages
- reset the controller to factory CC values
- monitor the controller MIDI messages
Starting the control panel:
- If you are using Windows, remember that Windows allows only 1 connection at the time between a USB-MIDI device and an application. Make sure all other MIDI applications are closed before you are trying to use the control panel. Similarly, remember to close the control panel before you open your DAW or other MIDI programs.
- Open the control panel URL in a recent version of Google Chrome Other browsers with WEB MIDI support might work as well
- Plug in the controller and allow browser access to MIDI controller
- The controller should be listed in the left section, current firmware version and current plugin mode will be also shown:
